Beschrijving
Barolo Ravera is een officiële cru in Monforte d'Alba; oude wijnstokken (50 jaar) van de michet clone Bovenlaag van kalk en witte mergel afgewisseld met rood-grijze zandsteen. In de bodem zitten mineralen als calciumcarbonaat en ijzer. Locaal ook wel aangeduid als “Formazione di Lequio”.
Eikenhouten vaten van 400 liter gedurende 24 maanden; productie circa 2.000 flessen per jaar.
